This web shop is intended both for consumers and for small businesses (shops, salons etc) all over the world - except Sweden where we kindly ask customers to buy from our Swedish web shop in Swedish currency instead.
We charge the same prices for the products and shipping wherever you live. The product prices are probably quite close to what you will pay in a local shop for the same product. Prices are shown in Euros (€), inclusive of any European sales tax (VAT) where applicable. Free shipping applies to orders above €150 for all customers. €12 is added for smaller orders. Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
We have a 14-day return policy.
Tax for consumers
Customers within the European Union (EU) will not have to pay any additional taxes or customs duties either here or in your own EU country. We are required by law to manage this and it is all included in the price. The same applies to small businesses that do not have a valid VAT registration.
Nor for customers in other parts of the world will we add any taxes or duties here, but please be aware that although it is quite possible that your country has generous limits or actual practices for what people can import, there is also the possibility that you will in fact be required to pay import duty, sales tax or other levies. This is not included in our prices, and is something you will have to settle with them on your own.
Tax for businesses
As a registered business, you will almost certainly be required to declare your purchases to your customs and/or your tax authority and/or other government agencies. We will furnish you with a detailed receipt to make this as simple as possible, and will clearly indicate that you have been exempted from any VAT charges here at the Swedish end.
Business customers are kindly requested to email us at email@example.com in order for us to be able to set you up with a business account. We also need to know what kind of company you are. For EU business customers it is mandatory for us to know, to check and to report your valid EU VAT number, and we will also show this on your receipts.
We normally use the Swedish Post Office, nowadays called PostNord, which in turn is well connected to the post offices and/or courier companies in other countries. We always try to use trackable delivery forms wherever available (registered mail or international parcel, depending on the weight and size):
- Free of charge for orders of €150 and up (at least €150 remaining product value after any discounts have first been deducted)
- €12 for smaller orders
We include the tracking code in the shipping confirmation email that we send you when the order has been shipped. The easiest way to track the shipment - in a single click, without having to enter the tracking code anywhere - is either in your personal order history here at this shop or in the shipping confirmation email.
You can also track shipment numbers anytime at PostNord's tracking page or the equivalent Post Office page in your own country, or right here below (information updated every few hours, and works for any carrier/courier that we may have used):
As a consumer (non-business customer), if you change your mind for whatever reason and send the goods back to us, we will issue a refund. The goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, totally unused. We may use them for demos and similar purposes. We will never sell them as new, because skin care is something very intimate.
You need to follow this procedure:
- Send us by email within 14 days of receiving the goods a notification of your intention to return the products
- Follow our return instructions that we will send you by email (address, packing etc)
- Pay for the return freight; do consider using trackable mail, especially if the order value is large, but please keep in mind that we will not reimburse the return freight
- Allow us time to verify that the goods are intact and unused
- Wait for the refund; we will send you a refund notification by email; the money will be paid to the card you used for the purchase
Refunds are not applicable to gift cards or sale goods.
Damaged goods, incomplete shipment
Please email us an explanation of what is wrong, preferably with a photo of the products showing any damages. Please state the order number. We will get back to you as soon as we can with a suggested solution or replacement, as we are very keen to try to ensure that you are well served and will continue to be satisfied with our products. You should not have to suffer any longer than necessary due to any error on our part.
