A few days after placing your order you will have received an email with the subject line "Shipping Confirmation ..." from us advising you about the shipment. This email will have contained tracking links for your shipment. All you need to do is click one of those links.
Or, if you have a customer account with us (free of charge), you can simply track your shipments in your account's order history with a single click without even retrieving the shipping confirmation email.

Or, if you have lost your code, please send us an email with as much information as you can remember about your order (order date, name, email address, products, value etc) and we will try to locate your order for you and send you a tracking link back by email.
